Terms of Service
Last updated: September 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of imgpico (imgpico.com). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
imgpico provides free, browser-based tools for editing images, such as compressing, resizing, cropping and converting files. All processing takes place on your own device. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the images you edit. Because files are never transmitted to us, we do not obtain any license to or copy of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to edit the images you use and that your use complies with applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others,
- attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the website,
- use automated means to access the site in a manner that impairs its operation.
4. No warranty
The service is provided free of charge and “as is”. We do our best to keep it working well, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Always keep a copy of your original files.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable, typical damage.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and code are protected by copyright and belong to the provider named in the Legal Notice, unless stated otherwise.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and applies from the date shown above.
8. Governing law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
