Is this tool private?

Yes. Your images are processed on your device and never sent to our servers. For AI tools, your browser downloads model files from imgpico when needed.

What size does an app icon need to be?

Apple's App Store and Xcode need a single 1024 × 1024 px PNG without transparency. Google Play needs a 512 × 512 px PNG. Android Studio can generate all launcher densities from it, and the ZIP export already includes them.

Why is the exported icon square instead of rounded?

iOS and Android apply the rounded mask themselves, and the stores reject icons that already have transparent corners. Choose “Shaped PNG” if you need the rounded version for a website, a mockup or a presentation.

How close is the preview to a real phone?

The mockups follow the layout and proportions of a current iPhone and a Pixel-style Android launcher. Icon shapes differ between launchers and manufacturers, so the shape selector lets you check circle, rounded and squircle masks. The Sizes view shows the icon at the sizes a device actually uses.

What is included in the icon set?

iOS: the 1024 px icon plus the legacy sizes from 20 to 180 px. Android: the 512 px Play Store icon, adaptive foreground layers for every density and legacy launcher icons. Web: favicons, an Apple touch icon and PWA icons including a maskable variant. Each folder has a short README.
